The release of RHELAH 7.3.1 will not include the most recent tzdata package that is covered by the following errata:

https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/25777


The release notes should mention that the updates covered in that errata will be delivered in RHELAH 7.3.2 timeframe.
