The master mirrors definitely have -4: http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/25/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/p/python3-blivet-2.1.6-4.fc25.noarch.rpm What does 'dnf repolist' show? Or 'dnf clean all' and check again?
"clean all" doesn't fix it. $ sudo dnf repolist Last metadata expiration check: 0:17:42 ago on Thu Dec 1 21:30:40 2016. repo id repo name status *fedora Fedora 25 - x86_64 51,669 *rpmfusion-free RPM Fusion for Fedora 25 - Free 541 *rpmfusion-free-updates RPM Fusion for Fedora 25 - Free - Updates 40 *updates Fedora 25 - x86_64 - Updates 3,709 And none of the mirrors I have checked has the latest package: http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/25/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/p/python3-blivet-2.1.6-3.fc25.noarch.rpm http://mirror.bytemark.co.uk/fedora/linux/development/25/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/p/python3-blivet-2.1.6-3.fc25.noarch.rpm http://ftp.fau.de/fedora/linux/development/25/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/p/python3-blivet-2.1.6-3.fc25.noarch.rpm One is even worse: http://ftp.cica.es/fedora/linux/development/25/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/p/python3-blivet-2.1.6-1.fc25.noarch.rpm

I understand this should be assigned to someone else now, but I don't know who, sorry.
ok. I think I see what happened here. It should be fixed up soon. My theory is: * The final nightly f25 development compose happened. * The final rc compose happened and was signed off on. * We still point people to releases/development/25 for a week or two after release because more mirrors are synced on it. * The releases/development/25 and releases/25 trees differ by the last RC changes (python-blivet). We are going to repoint everyone to releases/25 soon and this problem will go away. Reassigning to 'distribution' not that it changes anything much. ;)
closing this as fixed
