Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add Cloud Provider (I added RHOS7)
2.Navigate to Networks --> Networks
3.Click on Configuration --> Add new Cloud Network 
4.Fill all details add

Actual results:Flash message is not showing properly see attached screenshot


Expected results:Flash Message should be proper
