Description Germano Veit Michel 2016-12-02 00:44:02 UTC
Description of problem:

* Hosted-Engine
* RHV 3.6 using legacy domain management tool
* Upgrade from 3.6 to 4.0

During the upgrade from 3.6 to 4.0, the appliance upgrade will fail if the 3.6 Manager was using the legacy directory server domain management tool. 4.0 does not support this legacy tool.

Before the upgrade, while still in 3.6, the user must migrate to the new aaa tool as already documented:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/3.6/html/Administration_Guide/Migrating_from_the_legacy_provider_to_aaa.html
