Description of problem:
libopts-41.1.6.tar.gz contains intprops.h which includes verify.h but that file is not included in the tarball.

This should be now fixed in autogen-5.18.12-3.fc27.

CCing the upstream maintainer. I'm not sure if it's the best fix, but here is the patch:

That should ensure it is included in the tarball.
I've applied it to the source so the next release I roll
will include this patch.  Thank you!!
