Description of problem:
SevOne is working with RedHat to validate a solution for Performance management of OpenStack VMs. 

We will use this Bugzilla a place to coordinate communication. 

In order for the agent (installed on the SevOne VM running in OpenStack overcloud environment) we access floating IPs for KeyStone (for the service catalog and auth), Nova (for fetching VM metadata) and Gnocchi APIs for gathering performance metrics.
