Description of problem:

$ sudo virsh net-start default
error: Failed to start network default
error: internal error: Child process (VIR_BRIDGE_NAME=virbr0 /sbin/dnsmasq --conf-file=/var/lib/libvirt/dnsmasq/default.conf --leasefile-ro --dhcp-script=/usr/libexec/libvirt_leaseshelper) unexpected exit status 5: /sbin/dnsmasq: Symbol `nettle_hashes' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking

dnsmasq: directory /etc/resolv.conf for resolv-file is missing, cannot poll

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Unknown - only when it runs from libvirtd apparently.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try starting the default network in libvirt.
