Description of problem:
The content in Chapter 8. Migrating Databases in the Self Hosted Guide (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/self-hosted-engine-guide/#chap-Migrating_Databases) is content replicated from the Installation and Data Warehouse Guides and it has fallen out of sync with the sections it is duplicated from. The section either needs to be completely updated or the sections that are duplicated should be turned into links to the original sections.

- https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/self-hosted-engine-guide/#Migrating_the_Self-Hosted_Engine_Database_to_a_Remote_Server_Database the first procedure is mostly the same as https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/installation-guide/#appe-Preparing_a_Remote_PostgreSQL_Database_for_Use_with_the_Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization_Manager There are some differences that could be SHE specific so these should be investigated. 

- https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/self-hosted-engine-guide/#Migrating_Data_Warehouse_and_Reports_to_Separate_Machines is a duplicate of https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/data-warehouse-guide/#sect-Migrating_Data_Warehouse_and_Reports_to_Separate_Machines before it was updated for 4.0 

- https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/self-hosted-engine-guide/#chap-Data_Warehouse_and_Reports is a duplicate of https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/data-warehouse-guide/#Data_Collection_Setup_and_Reports_Installation_Overview before it was updated for 4.0. With the removal of the reports content this should also be merged into the content above if the content is being retained. 

** Note that some of the links will have changed after the DWH content for 4.0 has been updated as some files have been renamed.
