Clean install RHVH 2. Login cockpit website hostIP:9090 with root account 3. Go to tools->subscriptions 4. Click register button 5. Input URL, username and password (using access.stage.redhat.com for testing) 6. Register 7. After registering, check the status of subscription 8. Check the installed products details Actual results: "Red Hat Virtualization Host" is not subscribed successfully. 1. The subscription status is displayed "Invalid" 2. The status of installed product "Red hat Virtualization Host" is "Not Subscribed(Not supported by a valid subscription)" Expected results: RHVH system register successfully, and the status of installed product "Red hat Virtualization Host" should be "Subscribed" Additional info: Subscription operation from cockpit webUI with RHSM 13 version is successful

Is this reproducible? Is this alos reproducible on the terminal? Do you also have a chance to test this with another errata instance?
After retest it, we found that the account which is used doesn't contain the right SKU, then I change to use a right account to retest it, The issue is not reproduced again.
