Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a generic service with no VM
2. Login in SSUI , Start button is shown for the service.
3.

Actual results: Start button is shown


Expected results: Start button should not be shown is no associated VM

Closing this BZ since it was created against version which is now only in "Maintenance Support" mode. Please check on latest version and create another BZ/RFE if needed.
