1. Open Cloud Intel->Timelines->Events->Policy Events...Sample 2

Actual results:
The following error appears - Error building timeline undefined method `iso8601' for "7 Days Ago":String

Expected results:
the report should be built correctly.

Additional info:
When I queue this report in Cloud Intel->Reports, the report isn't built but just has error icon.
