Install works until GUI part of install with Language selection appears.

This is present in 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4

A quick glance through logs makes me think this is a blivet issue, so I'm moving this over to that component.

If this has been present since 7.2, I don't understand how it can suddenly be considered a blocker for this release, so I'm removing that flag.
