"stale" checks continuing to show green in the uchiwa even when client is down.

When the client is rebooted or shut down ,the oschecks remain green in Uchiwa e.g. show that all the services continue to report an active state.

It looks like there is a "ttl" setting that should take care of things (https://sensuapp.org/docs/latest/reference/checks.html)
