Description of problem: Desktop won't start up and virtual terminals won't come up after update to kernel 4.8.11-300 and mesa-dri-drivers 13.0.2-1.fc25. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): mesa-dri-drivers.x86_64 13.0.2-1.fc25 kernel 4.8.11-300.fc25.x86_64 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into desktop 2. Display freezes with KDE splash screen 3. Actual results: Freeze Expected results: Desktop is loaded and system is responsive. Fedora 25 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2017-12-12. Fedora 25 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
