Description of problem:
It's not possible to choose by which column the report will be sorted by, this is a problem if you want to use a chargeback report in the dashboard as an example.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
At least 5.6.0 and older.

How reproducible:
Create a chargeback report, it's just not possible to choose the column to sort it byy

Create a chargeback report

Actual results:
It's not possible to decide by which column it will be sorted

Expected results:
A field allows people to choose by which column to sort the report
