Description of problem:
packagekitd is not killed when PackageKit is removed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
PackageKit-1.1.3-2.fc24.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install PackageKit
2. systemctl start packagekit
3. dnf remove PackageKit

Actual results:
packagekitd process still exists.

Expected results:
packagekitd process was killed.
