Description of problem: When Importing ISCSI storage domain to the data center and set new name to the Imported storage domain, it change but doesn't remain. After the storage-domain detached and removed again, when trying to import it back it appear as the original name that set when creating the domain and not with the new name. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Engine - 4.0.6.1-0.1.el7ev How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an ISCSI storage-domain with name "X" 2. Remove the domain from step 1 without formatting it 3. Import The domain from step 1 with new name "Y" 4. Remove the domain from step 1 again without formatting it 5. Import The domain from step 1 back to the environment Actual results: When importing the domain it appears with name "X" instead of "Y" Expected results: Domain name should change to "Y" Additional info: none

No, in bug 1393266 the name we set in the 'Name' textBox doesn't have any use when importing ISCSI domain. In this bug, after the imported domain name has changed (using double click on the name when importing it) the name doesn't remain as described above.
This is part of the desired behavior. For the storage domain name to be consistent, one will need to update the Storage Domain while it is active.
