No, we're still missing step 4 from https://www.rdoproject.org/documentation/rdo-packaging/#how-to-add-a-new-package-to-rdo-trunk . Also, I'd like to fix one detail in the spec file (see https://review.rdoproject.org/r/4084) so that fedora-review is happy.
