This release is not final, just for testing purposes. I've created Copr repo for it, if you're interested in testing the package, here you are:

Is there a copr branch for the latest update to fetchmail?
https://gitlab.com/fetchmail/fetchmail/tree/master
I am interested in this because it has OAUTH2 support. Thanks.

No, sorry, I created only builds of upstream released tarballs and I don't
plan to change that. But I'd like to create builds of fetchmail-7.0.0 alpha
release in the future.

Thanks, any idea how I can get the specfile for the SRPM? I would like to try and build the alpha version for myself.

I've created builds of fetchmail-7.0.0 alpha6:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/vcrhonek/fetchmail-7.0.0-alpha/

You can get the spec file out of SRPM with following command:
$ rpm2cpio package-nvr.src.rpm | cpio -civ '*.spec'
