Description of problem:
Customer is receiving notice that they reached the limit of 10/10. But there are only 4 systems connected as shown in the chart next to it.

The bug pertaining to the 10 system counter displaying inaccurate numbers has been patched by Insights Engineering. This specific counter is designed to get max deployment on legacy evals (10/10). With Hilti's new purchase they should no longer see this counter - verified in case.

I am moving this BZ to closed - fixed current release. 

@Beat - regarding seeing a counter for current subscriptions, for organizational and tracking purposes, let's separate this new request out from the current BZ for the bug into an RFE.
