Description of problem:
If you disable an IDP it still shows in the login menu

5.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable an IDP
2. Logout
3. Click login

Actual results:
Disabled IDP is still in menu.

Expected results:
Disabled IDP is not in login options

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh19)
Result: Pass
Steps:
Don't list the disabled IDP anymore.
