Plasma-workspace needs to be rebuild with new libqalculate.

Dnf output errors

package plasma-workspace-libs-5.8.4-1.fc26.x86_64 requires libqalculate.so.5()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

cannot install both libqalculate-0.9.10-1.fc26.x86_64 and libqalculate-0.9.7-18.fc25.x86_64
