Description of problem:

In Webadmin, it should be possible to copy a virtual disk to several storage domains at once.
A common use case is a template disk that has to reside on every storage domain that we wish to create a thin copied VM on from the template. This can be a bit painful via Webadmin in case there are many domains in the DC.
