Describe the issue: 

Running satellite-installer while in /usr/share/foreman directory (or any other directory with a config subdirectory) causes "ERROR: Scenario (config/satellite.yaml) was not found, can not continue"

Suggestions for improvement: 

add a note that if the error is encountered, the user should move to a different directory (e.g. cd /root)

Lucie - rather than including this with every instance, I wonder if there is an introductory section where we talk about the installer where we could add a note like this.
