The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

User has to log out from the UI to find out what version of Satellite it is.
About section says "6.2" and there is no way to figure the full version out from the packages listed therein; login screen says "6.2.4".

Re Sub-Component - it was required to pick one but I honestly have no way of knowing if this issue falls under Katello or Foreman so if it's incorrect, I apologize. It was 50/50.
