Description of problem:
If you start up kdewebdev-3.3.1-1 you get an error message:

   tidy ist missing, HTML syntax checking is not available.

I get the message both on my x86_64 and my i386 system.

kdewebdev-3.3.1-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install kdewebdev-3.3.1-1
2. Start the program
3.
    

Actual Results:  A message shows up:

  tidy ist missing, HTML syntax checking is not available.

Expected Results:  no error message

Additional info:

The same error messages on my i386 and x86_64

it looks like the tidy package is needed for html syntax checking. And
it's not included in fc3. I have now added it in kdewebdev-3.3.2,
which will show up in rawhide next week. Thanks for your report
