Description of problem:
When Managed DB is installed, installer will attach Satellite subscription for this machine. 

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ./install.pl --managed-db
2. enter RHSM credentials to register
3. after installation (if finished properly) check output of "subscription-manager list --consumed" and "subscription-manager repos --list-enabled"

Actual results:
Satellite subscription IS consumed
Managed DB subscription is NOT consumed
Managed DB repository is NOT enabled

Expected results:
Satellite subscription IS NOT consumed
Managed DB subscription IS consumed
Managed DB repository IS enabled
