Updated nio4r to 2.0.0.

- Dependency check: ok
  rubygem-actioncable-0:5.0.2 is ok for nio4r.
- License check: ok
- rpmlint check: ok

But there is one warning message I got.

rubygem-nio4r.x86_64: W: hidden-file-or-dir /usr/lib/.build-id
The file or directory is hidden. You should see if this is normal, and delete
it from the package if not.
