FUSEprovides a Linux kernel module which allows virtual filesystems to be written in userspace. EncFS encrypts all data and filenames in the filesystem and passes access through to the underlying filesystem. Similar to CFS except that it does not use NFS. fuse-encfs already present for EPEL 7. This is second review request to unretire package for EPEL 6. Please approve unretire request so I can build package for el6. It will be good for me and all EPEL 6 users, for example https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1398962
