Can you please test with the latest linux-firmware package? There have been some changes there that may affect AMD graphics.
Dear Sirs, i noticed a new kernel, that is beeing uploaded now. kernel... 4.9.5.100. I do not see a new firmwarepackage. My current firmware is 20161205-69.git1ddce49.fc24. This one still not helped to solve the problem this morning. Ok, let's see iff the kernel-update fixed it!
Bad news ... we have got a kernel freeze. There is no log written. The only thing i see is the textual kernel-start, then he tries to switch to the graphical fedora sign but nothing happens then.
Please make sure, that you do not remove the functional kernel-4.8 from the system!
I changed it to a kernel freeze, cause the system is completely dead after both monitors get no singals. The system does not make any activity it is DEAD! Kernel 4.9.5 is also affected, so i filed Bug 1417363. I added there a system description.
