ash is removed from Fedora Core, s-c-netboot still uses it in
some scripts

I believe we should remove the diskless section of
system-config-netboot because it does not work.  Then when stateless
linux is ready, we can reimplent diskless using it.

This diskless script has a symbolic link from ash->bash so this is not
a problem.  I have changed the reference to /bin/bash just the same.
