Description of problem:
The option to set the host's SPM priority is now (4.1) blocked with CDA:
Error while executing action: 

host_mixed_1:
Cannot edit Host. Host parameters cannot be modified while Host is operational.
Please switch Host to Maintenance mode first.

In 4.0 this works even when the host is active

Raz, how did you try to edit? Tried to reproduce on webadmin and it updates without a problem also when the host is up

Probably was some issue with my env - this is works fine now
