Description of problem:
The XFCE install on FC3 defaults to Mozilla for it's "World Icon"/Web
browser.  

Also right clicking on this toolbar and selecting help will result in
the error message:

Unable to execute mozilla. Online help
is not available.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Installed FC3 chose XFree86 and XFCE as my window manager.

it's now fixed in xfce4-panel-4.0.6-2 and xfce-utils-4.0.6-2. Thanks
