Description of problem:
Manufacturer/Model shows 'N/A' even after refresh and SSA
Operating System shows 'linux' (not sure does it correct)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CFME 5.6.4, tested with RHOS 7 and RHOS 9

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go Compute -> Infrastructure -> Nodes
2. Click on any node of Openstack Infra provider
3. Check value of 'Manufacturer / Model' in 'Properties' table

Actual results:
Manufacturer / Model = N/A
Operating System = linux

Expected results:
values are correct for current node
