Description of problem:

OCP 3.5 will support etcd 3.0.x latest.  Currently the rhel7next on mirror.openshift.com also includes etcd 3.1.0 and that is what the openshift-ansible job is picking up during rpm install.

Please remove etcd 3.1.x from the mirror.

Why won't it work with 3.1? If we need to be version locking etcd I need to know ASAP.

We should test with etcd 3.1.
