1.run command 'oc/oadm policy scc-subject review -f resource_file' to trigger PodSecurityPolicySelfSubjectReview

RESOURCE                          ALLOWED BY   
PodSecurityPolicySubjectReview/   restricted   

Expected results:
The resource name should be 'PodSecurityPolicySelfSubjectReview'
