To take advantage of newer features of RHEL 7.3 (more specifically NetworkManager DHCP timeout option - http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/15195) and also to get newest security updates, let's rebase FDI onto RHEL 7.3.

REL-ENG: Please change source repositories in dist-git kickstart to 7.3 and rebuild.

QA NOTES: To verify, just test if discovery works as expected.

TRIAGE: Rel-eng only task, no changes. Upstream FDI 3.3 is already based on CentOS 7.3 and it works fine.

Requesting triage, we need to do FDI rebase, it will solve the following important bugs:
