From Bugzilla Helper:

Description of problem:
If i log in as ROOT I can run SCREEN just fine. Same if I log in as a
user. But ....

If I log in s root and then switch to a user and try to run screen -
it fails.

"Cannot open your terminal '/dev/tty2' - please check.

Also - in the future - please get changes like UDEV right before
forcing it into the kernel and making us suffer.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
udev-039-10.FC3.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Loggin as root
2. su to user
3. run screen
