If I invoke ant from command line, I see the following error: [mbooth@fedora26 ~]$ ant /usr/bin/build-classpath: Could not find jaxp_parser_impl Java extension for this JVM /usr/bin/build-classpath: error: Some specified jars were not found Buildfile: build.xml does not exist! Build failed Probably the /usr/bin/ant shell script needs updating. Can jaxp_parser_impl just be removed? Installed version: ant-1.10.1-4.fc26.noarch
I cannot reproduce the problem by installing ant in mock, but I think the problem is that I removed alternatives for that jar in xerces-j2. I kept a symlink there, but it seems that update-alternatives deletes it during the scriptlet run.
