This is needed for building libusbmuxd, as part of rebasing GNOME to 3.22.

I've pushed the rebase to git and kicked off a libplist-1.12-1.el7 build for the rhel-7.4-gnome build target. Package maintainers, if possible please check that the rebase looks good. Thanks!
