Description of problem:
.NET Core image isn't available on Dev Preview

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OpenShift Master: v3.4.1.8 (online version 3.4.1.14)
Kubernetes Master: v1.4.0+776c994

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit dev preview web console
2. Click "Add to project"
3. Try to find "dotnet"

Actual results:
Nothing found

Expected results:
dotnet core image should be found

Looks like this one is my fault. Resolved here: https://github.com/openshift/online/pull/993

This is still happening? Was it fixed and then broke again or we still waiting for the fix to be deployed?
