Description of problem: I'd like to build python-scriptest for python3 on EPEL. I'm wondering about updating it to 1.3.0 from 1.0.4 as well. Looking at https://scripttest.readthedocs.io/en/latest/news.html the changes seem minor and it looks like an update 1.2 at least might be needed for python 3 support. Any objections?
Go ahead.
