Steps to Reproduce:
Upgrade from 6.2.7 to 6.2.8 showed these warnings:

Actual results:
As shown above

Expected results:
These warnings are not helpful for me as an end user.  Does this mean that there is something wrong with my satellite? If not, don't show this in the upgrade output.

This file no longer exists in 6.3, so I am closing this out.
