CloudForms appliances are showing failed auth checks but the UI does not reflect  the auth failures.

Sometimes Azure becomes temporarily unavailable after it has been Validated and the UI doesn't catch up.  I've seen this a couple of times when testing proxy errors.  I don't currently know how to reproduce it on purpose.
