Fix for F26 and greater. Removes gnome-web-photo from dependencies, and requires ImageMagick.

Attached is a patch for the .spec file to remove the requirement for orphaned package gnome-web-photo, for Fedora 26 and greater.

Shutter already had support to disable website capture if gnome-web-photo was not present on the system.

The addition of ImageMagick is because that is a hard requirement for Shutter, but does not appear in the default package installation.

Tested on up-to-date Fedora 26 Beta and Rawhide in X.Org

Hello Team, I was wondering if what is the current status of this bug issue? Seems that there are no updates anymore or does it migrated to other bug sites? Thank you
