Description of problem:
The directory /etc/pango/i686-redhat-linux-gnu is named via %{_host},
thus it includes the specific architecture of the build host (e.g.,
i686), not the base architecture (e.g. i386). Probably, the directory
name should be %{_arch}-%{_host_vendor}-%{_host_os}.

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
