Description of problem: [RFE] Document ceph --show-config options Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Red Hat Ceph Storage 2.2 Our current configuration guide https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/2/html-single/configuration_guide/ did not talk about all the options listed in ceph --show-config. We have a customer requesting to document all the options listed in the ceph --show-config with option explanation and what is the default value. If needed we can have a table for all the options.
Upstream Ceph is changing the configuration options code, and will be documenting the options in a different location. They will also note which options are for end users, developers, etc.
