Description of problem:
Currently the about page shows the following info under "System Information":
```
System Information

Red Hat Satellite
Version 6.3 © 2017 Red Hat Inc.

Includes Foreman © 2009-2017 Paul Kelly and Ohad Levy
```

The only way there seems to be in the UI to view the full version number (ie. 6.3.x, 6.2.x) is to go back to the login screen. 

How reproducible: All the time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to the "About" Page

Actual results:
Shows version 6.3

Expected results:+
Should show full version number (6.3.z). Also if we have some way of indicating things like snapshot number for dev builds that would be useful too.
