Description of problem:
The text installer does not report that an ftp site has too many users
connected. It simply shows again the last screen. This would be useful
feedback. I thought I hade made a typo or the link was broken.

While we are at it. Why not suggest people a list of appropriate http
and ftp sites?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type ftp site url and directory
2. Hit next while the ftp site has too many connections
3. We are back at the last screen with no feedback of what happened

List of mirrors is being tracked as a separate RFE. Will track better
reporting of FTP/HTTP errors with this one.
