Description of problem:

goferd is utilizing high memory on content hosts, which is responsible for performance issue on CH.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2.9 or prir versions
RHEL 7

Actual results:

goferd is utilizing high memory on content hosts, which is responsible for performance issue on CH and it is using more than 2G of memory on hosts.

Expected results:
Memory utilization should be as low as possible.

Additional info:
There is already a bug registered for performance issue due to goferd but I am not sure if this is related to memory issue fix.
